About the Role

As a Remote SDR, your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead quality
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve messaging, product features, or outreach tactics

Basic Qualifications

A Day in the Life

You’ll start your day by reviewing new inbound leads and following up on previous outreach.
