Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Remote Customer Service Rep Handle product and service questions, resolve issues, process returns, and offer solutions to customer problems.
- Remote Customer Service Rep Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Remote Customer Service Rep Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring follow-through and resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Remote Customer Service Rep Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer success.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. resident and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM platforms, live chat software, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
