Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Customer Enquiries – Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses via voice, email, and live chat.
  • Advising Customers on Products & Services – Guide customers through product details and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Processing Orders – Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately over the telephone.
  • Problem Solving – Identify issues quickly and deliver effective solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling – Add value by recommending complementary products or services where appropriate.
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction – Ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and results in a positive experience.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong background in customer service with proven communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an office or professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to the demands of a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible, positive approach with a commitment to delivering results.
  • Academic qualifications – GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.

Training & Development

Although this role is primarily remote, candidates must be able to attend an initial two-week training programme at the company’s central London office. This ensures that you gain hands-on experience, in-depth knowledge of the organisation’s systems, and the opportunity to meet colleagues in person.

Additionally, you must be willing to travel to London for occasional meetings, one-to-one training sessions, or team gatherings throughout the year.

This hybrid element strengthens collaboration while allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of remote work.
