Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Czech or Slovak (and English where necessary)
  • Deliver excellent customer support by resolving issues efficiently and courteously

  • Escalate technical issues or complaints when necessary following company procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and log interactions using internal CRM tools
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution times

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Participate in training sessions, virtual team meetings, and regular coaching

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in English (for internal communication and training)
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or support roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using online systems, CRM software, and communication tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working setup
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
