Remote Chat Sales Agent – Part-Time | $35/hr | USA Only

We are currently seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Chat Sales Agents. This is a part-time, work-from-home position offering $35 per hour, available to residents of the United States only. As a chat sales agent, you’ll engage with potential customers via online chat platforms to answer questions, provide product information, and most importantly — close sales.


What You’ll Do:

  • Remote Chat Sales Agent Handle inbound and outbound chat conversations with potential customers.
  • Remote Chat Sales Agent Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process and assist with online orders.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional tone throughout each conversation.
  • Achieve daily or weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Remote Chat Sales Agent Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Report technical issues or unusual customer behavior to team leaders or supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or chat support (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you’re friendly, engaging, and naturally persuasive.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy — you must be able to navigate online platforms and chat tools easily.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options.
  • You can expect to work between 15 to 25 hours per week, depending on availability and workload.
  • Weekend and evening shifts are occasionally available and may be required.

Compensation:

  • $35 per hour, paid weekly or bi-weekly depending on your preference.
  • Performance-based bonuses and sales incentives may be available.
  • All necessary training and onboarding are fully paid.
