What You’ll Do as a Call Center Representative

In this role, you will handle a steady volume of customer calls while navigating multiple systems to deliver accurate and helpful support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing 30–40 calls daily from customers regarding supplemental benefits, reimbursement requests, password resets, and portal assistance.
  • Navigating 12–13 different systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing clear, empathetic, and effective communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Delivering solutions in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Demonstrating flexibility to support operations in a 24/7 work environment.

Training and Onboarding

We are committed to setting you up for success from day one. New hires must complete:

  • A 3-week virtual training class (attendance is required every day).
  • An additional 2 weeks of nesting where you’ll apply your training under supervision.

During this period, you’ll learn how to handle calls, navigate systems, and build confidence in delivering outstanding customer support.

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

To ensure productivity and efficiency, we provide all required equipment, including:

  • Computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet cord, and power cables.

However, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
  • Direct ethernet connection to your home modem (wireless or satellite internet is not acceptable).
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace, free of clutter, unauthorized electronics, or interruptions during working hours.

Candidate Requirements

We welcome individuals who are empathetic, reliable, and eager to grow. To be considered, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or college degree.
  • Successfully pass a typing test and customer service assessment.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Be flexible to work weekends and various shifts as needed.
  • Pass a background check, including education and employment verification (proof may be required).

Preferred qualifications (but not required):

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.

Questions You May Handle
