Job Description • Lead the Project Team; motivate and inspire the team to deliver. • End to end project management from planning through to mobilisation and delivery. • Deliver timely projects within constraints of budget / quality / scope / timeline parameters directly and through a team. • Identify requirements of the stakeholders, scoping projects, producing detailed plans, providing management information, as defined by the key stakeholders, and reporting the status to senior stakeholders. • Proactively & dynamically managing project plans, calling out dependencies, resources and other risks and suggesting mitigation. • Ensuring project post-implementation reviews against forecast delivery benefits are delivered. • Influences program sponsors to make the appropriate decisions and modifications in response to external influences on the program. • Support mentoring of Project / Scrum team members, share industry expertise to upskill existing Change team members. The Successful Applicant • Ability to Project Manage complex mid to large scale projects. • A proven track record of delivering in a range of complex IT Change, Regulatory and Business Change projects. • Excellent stakeholder management experience; including leadership and influencing skills.
