Remote Project Manager | US Hours | $5.5K/Month

About Project Manager:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is an excellent communicator, and has a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across various departments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This position requires you to work US business hours and coordinate with stakeholders located in different time zones. You’ll be instrumental in driving project success and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, techniques, and KPIs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, prepare documentation, and provide updates to all stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest best practices for project management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements in Project Manager:
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices (PMP certification is a plus).
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working remotely and managing remote or distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Comfortable working US time zones (EST or PST).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills in Project Manager:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
