We are looking for a talented and experienced Programmatic Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on programmatic campaigns across various platforms, helping us reach and engage our target audience with precision and performance.

Key Responsibilities of Programmatic Media Manager:
- Develop and execute programmatic media buying strategies to meet business and client objectives.
- Manage programmatic campaigns end-to-end across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Adobe, MediaMath).
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and data analysis.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, reach) and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular insights, analysis, and performance reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate new technology partners when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience in Programmatic Media Manager:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic media campaigns.
- Proven expertise in DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or others.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike modeling, and data-driven strategies.
- Experience working with DMPs, ad servers, tracking tools, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort interpreting data.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with brand safety tools, fraud prevention, and campaign troubleshooting.
Desirable Qualifications in Programmatic Media Manager:
- Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or Trade Desk certification.
- Agency or in-house media buying experience.
- Experience in omnichannel campaigns including display, video, native, CTV, DOOH.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight, etc.).
- Experience working with first-party and third-party audience data.
