Role Overview of Product Manager
As a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from initial discovery through execution, launch, and ongoing iteration. Your focus will be on aligning customer needs with business goals and delivering user-centric solutions through agile development processes.
For senior-level candidates, this role includes broader strategic responsibilities such as mentoring junior team members, leading product planning across multiple squads, and owning large-scale initiatives with executive visibility.
Key Responsibilities of Product Manager
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals.
- Develop, own, and communicate the product roadmap and ensure alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features, technical improvements, and experiments.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to release using agile practices.

- 3 to 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or digital technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering B2B or B2C products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, agile development, and user-centered design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
Additional qualifications for Senior Product Manager applicants:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members or leading cross-functional product teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into action.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and present product strategy to leadership.
