As a Partner Channel SDR Manager, your role will be pivotal in accelerating our growth through indirect sales channels. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads generated through partner networks. Your mission will be to strengthen our channel ecosystem and work collaboratively with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of partnerships in scaling B2B operations. You should have strong experience in sales development, ideally within a channel or partner-focused role, and a deep understanding of how to motivate and support external partners to drive mutual success. A background in technology, SaaS, or related industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities of Partner Channel SDR Manager:

  • Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in alignment with our strategic objectives. Build long-term relationships to drive revenue and mutual growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, resources, and support tools to empower partners to represent our brand effectively and generate leads.
  • Pipeline Development: Work with partners to create lead generation campaigns, track results, and ensure a healthy pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor partner performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including marketing, sales, and product teams—to align efforts and ensure smooth partner experiences.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to expanding our presence in new markets by identifying strategic partners and supporting local go-to-market plans.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes and strategies to improve partner engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Experience in Partner Channel SDR Manager:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, channel sales, or partner management, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to lead generation, sales pipeline development, or partner enablement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights to optimize strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
