Spring Education is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to take charge of analyzing and reporting on our paid media campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to provide strategic insights and deliver timely results that drive our performance-driven acquisition strategy. For this remote position, candidates must be based in CA or PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for paid social media, offering insights on trends, best practices, and experimental campaign ideas for social media traffic.
- Strategically set up, manage, and optimize SEG’s paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Instagram, and other key social media channels.
- Provide detailed performance reports as needed, covering metrics such as spending, conversion rates (including leads and enrollments), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and profit margins.
- Analyze the entire acquisition funnel, from paid traffic to lead generation performance and ultimately to student registration or enrollment rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate tracking and data collection for all paid campaigns.
- Research and propose strategies for expanding our presence on social media platforms.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in performance-driven marketing, specifically with a focus on paid social media.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, with a strong understanding of Meta platform setups and tracking.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and data visualization tools to gather, analyze, and present performance data to senior management.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the education industry or a lead-generation business.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
