- Develop, execute, and manage paid media strategies across multiple channels.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs; report on performance regularly.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Partner with designers and content creators to produce high-impact ads.
- Own attribution, conversion tracking, and performance analytics in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
