Key Responsibilities of Paid Media Manager:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across PPC (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and display/programmatic platforms.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and Creative Team to develop ad creatives, messaging strategies, and A/B tests.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting to guide strategic ad spending.
  • Manage monthly media budgets ranging from $10K to $100K, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, CPM) and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to produce insightful performance reports.
  • Stay ahead of digital media trends and changes in ad platform algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, CRM) to ensure alignment on broader marketing goals and funnel stages.
  • Present campaign results, learnings, and growth strategies to stakeholders during bi-weekly or monthly meetings.
  • Explore and experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and technologies to remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements in Paid Media Manager:

  • Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house digital marketing team.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, attribution models, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Ability to interpret performance data, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, pacing spend, and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
