Key Responsibilities of Occupational Therapist:
- Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments related to functional capacity, rehabilitation, and occupational therapy interventions.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all evaluations and testimony.
Required Skills and Experience of Occupational Therapist:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with at least 5–10 years of clinical experience.
- Prior experience in forensic occupational therapy, medico-legal assessments, or expert witness testimony preferred.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation processes, functional assessments, and disability evaluations.
- Exceptional analytical, report-writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle complex case details.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office, and legal documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity in evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications of Occupational Therapist:
- Certification in Certified Life Care Planning (CLCP), Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), or similar credentials.
