Our 20-bed complex needs care facility, located in Farmingdale, is dedicated to the treatment of individuals with dementia, complex mental  health needs, and neuro-disabilities, including Huntington’s disease and brain injuries. Throughout the course of their rehabilitation, we assist the individuals in transitioning from a secure environment or hospital to community living.

Patients who are suffering from chronic or life-threatening conditions are also provided with ongoing assistance. The residence’s pleasant and inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the presence of two ten-bed units. Furthermore, Yarningdale offers the OneCare service, which provides residential nursing care to individuals who are compelled to live alone as a result of unanticipated circumstances. Farmingdale has received an average assessment of 4.8 out of 5 on carehome.co.uk and a “good” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
