The Marketing Specialist will support the New Jersey Debt teams by executing their strategic vision and handling special projects, presentations, and property marketing collateral. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support incoming creative requests from the team:
    • Attend strategy sessions and kick-off calls.
    • Design and format marketing materials, including property brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, e-blasts, offering memorandums, tour books, Broker Opinions of Value, and event invitations.
    • Develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions.
    • Produce and quality control marketing collateral, reporting progress to marketing leadership.
