Qualifications of marketing manager

- Localized Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the International Marketing Manager and Country Head of Growth to create and implement tailored marketing strategies based on local market research and trends
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of regional campaigns, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and KPIs
- Supplier & Service Marketing: Develop and promote marketing strategies for supplier services through internal channels to increase engagement and adoption
- Agent Recruitment Marketing: Design and execute a detailed marketing plan aimed at recruiting new agents, utilizing a mix of digital and traditional channels
- Email Campaign Management: Manage transactional and marketing email campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring timely and relevant communication with target audiences
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Leverage digital marketing tools and social media platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and campaign goals
- Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection within the UK
- Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team

Enhancing Agent Recruitment Marketing – Design and implement campaigns to attract and engage new agents in the UK real estate market.
Driving Supplier & Service Marketing – Promote supplier services through internal communication strategies, increasing adoption and engagement.
Overseeing Email & Event Marketing – Execute email campaigns via HubSpot, ensuring effective communication, and manage event promotion for company-wide engagement.
Creating Multimedia Content – Leverage video and other media formats to enhance marketing efforts and improve audience engagement.
What We’re Looking For marketing manager
