Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following degrees with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field).
    • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (as listed above) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.(Capital One Careers)

Compensation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:(Capital One Careers)

  • Chicago, IL: $144,000 – $164,400
  • McLean, VA: $158,400 – $180,800
  • New York, NY: $172,800 – $197,200

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.(Capital One Careers)
