Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Web Designer to assist in the development and execution of various design projects, with a primary focus on website design and other branded materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, exceptional design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, XD, and Photoshop.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign and redevelopment of the company website, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
- Create mockups and prototypes for the new website, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and functionality.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, in collaboration with the Sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
- Optimize web graphics and assets for maximum performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers, implementing SEO best practices for improved search visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, user experience, and graphic design, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in web and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- Familiarity with Square Space and responsive design principles.
- Prior experience in a similar role or internship is preferred but not required.
