We are seeking a Graduate Junior Graphic Designer to join our remote creative team. About the Role:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and content creators to bring concepts to life. You’ll be involved in developing visuals for social media campaigns, branding materials, product mockups, email templates, infographics, and more. The role requires a good eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexible working hours and an hourly pay of £13 to £17, depending on experience and skillset. You’ll gain hands-on experience in real-world projects while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to interpret briefs and produce high-quality design assets
- Help maintain visual brand consistency across all channels
- Revise designs based on internal or client feedback
- Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
- Help develop branding materials such as logos, business cards, and pitch decks
- Prepare files for print and ensure all digital content meets formatting standards
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Contribute to maintaining and organizing asset libraries
Who You Are:
We’re looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to jump into a collaborative team environment. You don’t need years of experience—but you do need a strong foundation in graphic design, a curious mindset, and a drive to continuously improve.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating design proficiency and creativity (university or personal projects are welcome)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines remotely
- A growth mindset and a willingness to receive feedback
- Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other digital design platforms
- Bonus: knowledge of animation, video editing, or motion graphics
