Responsibilities
- Establish personal understanding of campaign management, process development, investment attraction, export-related strategy, and broader economic and business landscape
- Conduct research, interviews, and understanding of the customer lifecycle across the division’s key programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to simplify processes to inform a unified and impactful approach to engagements throughout the customer lifecycle for key personas
- Review existing communications, programs, and resources and their interaction with the lifecycle and desired organizational outcomes

Position Summary
The intern supporting our Global Trade and Investment team will learn to maximize the value of storytelling with data and digital tools. As a result of their work with the Global Trade and Investment Team, they will identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle to nurture opportunities with thoughtful engagement, propose collateral and other assets and improve existing touchpoints for our key personas as the team focuses on maximizing the economic impact of the organization’s foreign direct investment and export-related strategies.
