About the Role of HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team by managing essential HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving employee experiences. Your responsibilities will span multiple HR functions, making this an exciting opportunity to develop a broad skill set in human resources.

Your Responsibilities as a HR Coordinator :

  • HR Service Delivery Support: Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR processes across multiple regions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Employee Support & Policy Guidance : Act as a trusted HR resource, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • HR Operations Management: Support key HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data-Driven HR Initiatives: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to data-driven HR projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services and an exceptional employee experience.

What We’re Looking For HR Cordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who is ready to take on new challenges and grow within a global company. If you have the following qualities,

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 1-2 years of HR administrative or coordination experience (internships and volunteer work count).
  • A strong passion for HR and a desire to build a career in a high-growth, innovative environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all HR tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus, given our company’s international reach.
