HR Business Partner

Hudson RPO is leading the way in delivering innovative recruitment and HR solutions across the globe. We’re all about people — and now we’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to help shape our people strategy across Europe and the Middle East.

💼 What You’ll Do:

🌐 Strategic Leadership

  • Align HR strategy with business goals across EMEA
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and org design
  • Support change and drive a high-performance culture

🤝 Employee Relations & Performance

  • Advise leaders on employee relations and performance issues
  • Ensure fair, inclusive, and legally compliant HR practices
  • Manage complex employee matters with professionalism and care

📋 Compliance & Governance

  • Stay updated on employment laws across EMEA
  • Ensure HR policies meet legal and ethical standards
  • Work with legal teams on risk, investigations, and sensitive issues

⚙️ Operational HR

  • Partner with HR Ops to deliver accurate, high-quality HR services
  • Use HR data and insights to improve employee experience
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and system accuracy

❤️ Culture & Development

  • Promote our values and inclusive culture
  • Support regional leadership training and learning initiatives
  • Boost engagement, retention, and diversity across teams

✔️ What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, ideally in international settings
  • Strong understanding of employment laws in EMEA
  • Experience in recruitment, RPO, or talent solutions is a big plus
  • Balance of strategic thinking + hands-on delivery
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a hybrid role (must attend Edinburgh office 3–4 days/week)
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus)
  • Skilled with HRIS (bonus: if you’ve done an implementation before)
