Join Wild Nutrition — Where Purpose Meets Innovation
At Wild Nutrition, we believe supplements should be as close to food as possible. That’s why 95% of the supplement market isn’t like us. Our signature Food-Grown® supplements are expertly formulated to be better absorbed, better retained, and better recognized by the body — because your health deserves nothing less.
We’re on a mission to support women’s health and family wellness across the UK and beyond. With our science-backed, purpose-driven approach, we’re redefining what meaningful supplementation looks like — and we need bold, creative minds to help us do it.
We’re growing fast and looking for a Mid-Weight UX Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the charge on building a best-in-class digital customer experience.
About the Role
As our Mid-weight UX Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the end-to-end digital experience for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) customers. From their very first visit to our website through to repeat purchases and long-term subscriptions, your design thinking will guide every step of the customer journey.
This role blends user-centric creativity with commercial insight. You’ll use research, testing, and data analysis to remove friction, improve usability, and drive conversion, loyalty, and lifetime value. With a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), subscription UX, personalisation, and customer retention, this role is ideal for a passionate designer who thrives on delivering measurable impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across eCommerce, Growth, Content, and Development to translate real user needs into intuitive, high-performing design solutions that align with our brand, mission, and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design of key website journeys including product discovery, subscription flows, account management, and loyalty experiences.
- Translate data and research into actionable design improvements across web and mobile touchpoints.
- Partner with the Growth and eCommerce teams to drive CRO through A/B testing, UX experiments, and landing page optimisations.
- Map, design, and iterate on user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI documentation using Figma (or equivalent).
- Elevate personalisation across the customer journey using segmentation insights and behavior data.
- Enhance self-service subscription and account tools to improve user autonomy and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.
- Champion UX accessibility and consistency, ensuring all design patterns align with our brand and design system.
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, or CDPs to support performance measurement, identify pain points, and generate hypotheses.
- Participate in user interviews, feedback sessions, and remote testing to deepen understanding of customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in UX/UI design, preferably within eCommerce or subscription-based brands.
- A portfolio that showcases smart UX thinking, creative problem-solving, and commercially effective design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Experience working with Shopify and Recharge (or similar eCommerce and subscription platforms).
- Comfortable conducting or collaborating on user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Strong collaboration skills – you’re confident working cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and content creators.
- A working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with performance and behaviour tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, and customer data platforms.
- Detail-oriented, data-informed, and agile – you balance perfectionism with pragmatism.
- A genuine interest in wellness, women’s health, or purpose-led brands is a big plus.
What We Offer
At Wild Nutrition, we’re building a company that supports both individual growth and collective purpose. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:
- Flexible Hybrid Working – work from home and collaborate in person when it matters.
- Summer Fridays – enjoy early finishes during summer months to recharge.
- Private Health Insurance – comprehensive health cover, because your wellbeing matters.
- Enhanced Leave Package – more time off the longer you’re with us.
- Volunteer Days – paid time to give back to a cause you care about.
- Pension Plan – with generous employer contributions.
- Employee Assistance Programme – free, confidential support for you and your family.
- Team Discounts – on all Wild Nutrition supplements and 1:1 nutritional consultations.
- Cycle to Work Scheme – support for a more sustainable commute.
- Parental Leave – enhanced policies to support you and your growing family.
- Collaborative, Purpose-Led Culture – be part of a passionate team making a meaningful impact.
