About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant with Tribe Recruitment, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in a range of healthcare environments. Our roles cover shifts between 8 to 12 hours, giving you the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Personal Care: Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Using Moving and Handling Equipment: Safely operating equipment such as hoists to assist clients with mobility.
- Assisting at Mealtimes: Helping clients with eating and ensuring they receive adequate nutrition.
- Supporting Daily Living Tasks: Assisting with activities such as cleaning, laundry, and general household tasks.
- Providing Companionship: Offering emotional support and companionship to clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom and currently reside in the UK.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 months of recent, paid experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK is required. This experience can be in various settings such as care homes, hospitals, or domiciliary care.
