Compensation Range: $40 – 50 per hour
We are seeking a talented and creative Proposal Graphic Designer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and compelling graphics and layouts for proposals, with a focus on state government Medicaid Request for Proposals (RFPs).
While experience in state government Medicaid RFPs is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
The Proposal Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the visual aspects of our client’s proposals, ensuring they effectively communicate brand ideas and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Develop visually engaging and innovative graphics, layouts, and illustrations to enhance proposals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all proposal graphics align with the organization’s brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with proposal writers, subject matter experts, and other team members to understand proposal content and translate it into compelling visuals.
- State Government Medicaid Focus: If experienced, leverage knowledge of state government Medicaid RFP processes to tailor graphics to specific requirements.
- Deadline Management: Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a proposal or government contracting environment.

- Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to visually convey complex ideas.
- Communication: strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all graphics produced.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Medicaid RFP Experience (Optional): Experience with state government Medicaid RFPs is a plus but not mandatory.
