Using your strength in these two areas, you’ll create effective, performance-driven visual solutions that resonate, motivate and grow our brand and the brands of our Fortune / Global 500 clients.
What You’ll Do
Applications
- Create compelling graphic design and motion graphics that captivate and engage audiences
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative designs for a range of digital platforms
- Create (concept through completion) high-quality, compelling designs for:
- Web and mobile apps
- Large-format graphics
- Interactive documents
- Proposals and presentations
- Multimedia pieces
- Traditional print and other creative / marketing materials
- Package and prepare files for release to printers
- Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos and other artwork
Approach & Collaboration
- Execute complex design and communication strategies, lead customer-centric journeys, and craft dynamic deliverables for print, digital, interactive, social and viral projects, and live events
- Use your deep knowledge of color theory, composition and layout to transform concepts into inspired visual storytelling
- Understand and serve client business needs, both working independently and in collaboration with Creative, Production and cross-departmental teams
- Prioritize work to accommodate tight timelines required by clients in both Eastern and Pacific time zones
- Communicate the strategy and rationale for design decisions concisely and confidently, articulating concepts and creative ideas for internal and external partners / clients
- Ensure brand consistency while offering fresh approaches
- Stay current with trends in culture, motion and graphic design, technology, social media, photography, and video. Propose new ideas based on these trends and share your insights with the team.

Skills for Success
Required Skills
- A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD)
- Motion graphic and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design and motion graphics, typography, color theory and composition
- Proven ability to adapt design styles and apply branded style guides with consistency
- Able to execute creative concepts in traditional print design and ensure sound pre-press production
- Able to manage multiple projects at once while meeting all deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative process workflows
- Exceptional typography skills
Eligibility Requirements
- BA in graphic design or related degree / education (Extensive industry expertise and job-related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements)
- Three years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Experience in:
- Wix Studio Editor X
- Campaign Monitor or a similar email builder
- Asana or an equivalent program management software
- Presentation design using PowerPoint and Keynote
- An inspiring portfolio that demonstrates your passion for great design, stylistic breadth, attention to detail and intuitive usability through thoughtful, beautiful and strategic creative solutions
- Able to work the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern time
- Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to complete high-priority projects or accommodate client / program schedules
- Able to travel occasionally for business
