As our Graphic Designer & Content Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing our visual identity across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing, social media, and product teams to create eye-catching designs, branded visuals, and engaging content assets. From social media graphics and email campaigns to website visuals and promotional material — your designs will bring our message to life and drive engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design branded graphics for digital use including social media posts, website banners, email headers, digital ads, and promotional assets.
- Assist in maintaining visual consistency across all platforms in line with our brand guidelines.
- Support with creating visual content for presentations, reports, and internal documents.
- Edit and enhance photographs and images for marketing materials.
- Create infographics and visual storytelling assets that simplify complex data or messaging.
Content Assistance
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop engaging and visually appealing blog and social post templates.
- Assist in proofreading, formatting, and preparing content for digital publication.
- Repurpose long-form content into digestible visuals (e.g. carousel posts, quote cards, short videos).
- Provide creative input during content brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
- Assist with basic copywriting and captioning for visual content.
Administrative & Collaboration Support
- Maintain organized folders of design assets, content templates, and source files.
- Support marketing and brand managers in planning design timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly in remote settings, participating in team meetings and updating on project progress.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management — able to meet deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback and learning.
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Experience working with UK-based or international brands.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Basic video editing or animation skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing.
