Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer || Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and visually compelling designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, presentations, and web.
  • Create high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives, including infographics, marketing materials, websites, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and project teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that support business goals.

Healthcare Professional (HCP) Experience:

  • Leverage experience in healthcare professional (HCP) communications to create targeted visuals and campaigns.
  • Design educational and promotional materials that effectively communicate complex medical and scientific information to HCPs.
  • Ensure all designs meet industry regulations and standards, including compliance with relevant guidelines for HCP interactions.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.

Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Propose new ideas and innovative design solutions that enhance the company’s visual communication strategies.
  • Continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content across all platforms.

Graphic Designer || Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proven experience working in the bio/pharma, healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing for healthcare professionals (HCPs), including an understanding of industry-specific guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
