StubGroup is currently looking for a Google Ads Account Manager to join our fully remote team. This is a work-from-home position with a starting salary of $2,500/month, and the potential to grow as you prove your value to our clients and company.
What You’ll Do
As a Google Ads Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients running paid advertising campaigns across various industries. You’ll take ownership of each client relationship—from understanding their goals and building strategies to executing and optimizing campaigns. Your role will combine analytical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to deliver both performance and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Manager Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—providing support, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Google Ads Manager Collaborate with clients to understand their business, target audience, goals, and key performance indicators.
- Educate clients on effective advertising strategies and help them understand what truly drives success.
- Identify and resolve issues independently, using a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.
You’ll be expected to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities

- Google Ads Manager Starting Salary: $2,500/month
- Intermediate Level: $3,000/month for team members who manage accounts and client relationships independently and competently.
- Advanced Level: $3,500/month for those who consistently deliver exceptional value through account performance, client retention, and other impact-driven metrics.
Outstanding team members may also qualify for bonuses and additional incentives tied to the value they create for the company.

- Trial Period: All new hires begin with a 60-day trial period. This gives both you and StubGroup the chance to ensure it’s the right fit.
- High Client Volume: You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, so be prepared to prioritize efficiently and keep communication organized and timely.
