About the Role
Communication is integral to everything we do at Revolut. Without efficient communication, there would be no successful products, services, teams, or processes. Our Growth and Communications team consists of extremely creative and reasonable individuals who communicate the right messages to the right people at the right time. They make even the most complex topics sound simple and clear.
As a Global Social Media Manager, you will build the foundation of all our global social media communications through innovative and creative marketing campaigns designed to engage and excite our audience. You will drive the planning and execution of campaigns across global social channels and enhance our community management efforts across new and existing users to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying the most relevant and trending social media resources for our global audience.
- Developing social strategies for new and existing products and services across both Retail and Business entities.
- Growing profiles on social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Building and implementing social media plans and managing content calendars.
- Managing social media content and tracking performance daily.
- Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality content creation.
- Preparing seasonal, weekly, and monthly reports, and monitoring progress.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in B2C/B2B social media roles delivering highly engaging content.
- Experience as a Social Media Specialist in top-tier tech and consumer projects.
- Experience in building and executing social strategies for new products.
- Hands-on experience in daily social media management, from developing social media event calendars and content creation to performance measurement.
- Genuine enthusiasm for finance, high-technology business, and the FinTech industry, with awareness of the latest news and trends.
- Readiness to work in a high-performing, analytical, and results-driven environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Team player abilities with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent self-organization skills to stay composed under tight deadlines.
