About the Executive Search Consultant

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations across the UK and beyond identify, attract, and secure high-calibre senior executives and C-suite leaders. Working remotely, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end executive search assignments—from client engagement and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities of Executive Search Consultant

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic talent needs. Provide consultation and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, market mapping, and headhunting, to identify and engage senior-level talent.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments.
  • Project Management: Oversee executive search assignments from briefing through to successful placement. Ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For Executive Search Consultant

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior recruitment—ideally within a consultancy or agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for C-level and senior leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and high-level candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Confidence in remote working and experience using digital tools (ATS, CRM, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
