We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Head of USA Recruitment to lead talent acquisition efforts across our engineering and manufacturing operations throughout the United States. This pivotal role is ideal for a strategic thinker and team leader who understands the unique demands of the engineering and manufacturing sectors and has a strong track record of attracting, sourcing, and retaining top-tier talent across various disciplines.
As Head of Recruitment, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the U.S. market, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and manage a high-performance recruitment team. You’ll be responsible for driving results across multiple states and regions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities of Engineering
- Lead, manage, and mentor the U.S. recruitment team, ensuring KPIs and hiring objectives are met or exceeded.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.
- Partner with HR and departmental leadership to forecast hiring needs, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Build robust talent pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and targeted networking.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles across multiple U.S. locations.
- Oversee the use of recruitment technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor hiring metrics and analytics to report on performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, career expos, and university outreach programs.
- Promote the company’s employer brand across all relevant platforms and communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and guidelines.
Requirements in Engineering
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. labor market, recruitment laws, and industry hiring trends.
- Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to design scalable recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead remote teams.
- Experience working with both in-house and agency recruitment models is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications in Engineering
- Experience in international or multi-state recruitment operations.
- Familiarity with lean hiring practices and Six Sigma environments.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR/recruitment certifications.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus (especially Spanish or Mandarin).
