Dynamic Remote Graphic Designer | £25,000 – £35,000

Location: Dartford, Kent Company: Recruitment Genius

Join a top B2B marketing agency as an experienced Graphic Designer. Our team of designers, web developers, and marketers is passionate about their work, and we’re looking for a like-minded individual to join us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to build a career within an established agency, serving clients both nationally and internationally. Remote work is available, with monthly meetings in our London office.

The Job: You will work on various clients and projects covering both digital and print. Your tasks will include:

• Designing and producing marketing materials for multi-channel campaigns (e-shots, website banners, press, digital assets, social media, event material, brochures, sales material, etc.)
• Storyboarding and creating animated videos
• Creating and implementing brand identity
• Pitching ideas to stakeholders
• Working within brand guidelines
• Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of design experience, ideally within an agency
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in responsive web design, with basic HTML/CSS and design tools (Sketch/Figma/XD) and Microsoft applications
• Creative mindset with an appreciation of typography
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects

Salary & Benefits:

• £25,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
