Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Process Manager
The Digital Marketing Process Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational success of the Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team. Digital Marketing Process Manager Responsibilities include:
1. Project Management and Tracking
- Own and execute projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies within the Digital Acquisitions team.
- Develop and manage master project tracking and timelines using tools such as Gantt or Kanban boards.
- Allocate and manage tasks among executional staff, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Submit operational tickets and provide weekly updates on project progress.
2. Workflow Optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Brand, Global Campaigns (Demand Generation), and Events teams, to assess needs and implement new workflows.
- Enhance operational processes related to campaign setup, ensuring faster launches and achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
- Roll out improved workflows that foster seamless cross-collaboration between teams.
3. Campaign Performance and Best Practices
- Partner with clients and Ad Operations teams to document and share best practices for campaign optimizations and execution.
- Focus on improving campaign performance and achieving efficiency gains in digital ad campaigns.
- Provide guidance on campaign setup, ensuring quality control and adherence to operational standards.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Develop templates for operational and campaign performance reporting.
- Deliver weekly health reports and check-ins, monthly summaries, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for clients.
- Use data-driven insights to prepare and present actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements of Digital Marketing Process Manager
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Experience and Expertise
- At least 3+ years of digital marketing program or project management experience, ideally in large or global companies.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing operational workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working with marketing agencies is preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, and Demandbase is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of analytics and business intelligence tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong comfort level with business analytics, including the ability to derive insights and create data-driven reports.
Educational Background
