The Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will revolutionise the Digital Marketing Strategy and drive our highly segmented, localised digital marketing campaigns. Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities: ● Be proactive, hands-on, and take the initiative to drive the Digital Marketing Strategy for the business. ● Identify target audiences, manage and schedule personalised digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook and other online platforms. ● Set up and monitor digital campaigns using a ‘test and learn’ approach, making crucial amendments to optimum performance. ● Team-up with the Content Manager, define and implement the SEO strategy to optimise on keyword search. ● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, keeping close to the latest market trends, and up to date with the latest digital tools and platforms. ● Manage website functionality and implementation of changes, creation of new content and landing pages. ● Maximise brand awareness in key locations using geotargeting techniques, and drive traffic to our website via core digital channels (paid social, display, PPC, SEO). ● Report on digital marketing performance to identify key drivers of website traffic. ● Evaluate website performance, pinpointing where users drop off, and how they can be re-targeted. ● Identify suitable affiliate channels, set up and manage relationships with affiliate partners. The Candidate ● Experience in a hands-on Digital Marketing role. ● You will have managed geotargeted, highly segmented local advertising campaigns. ● Experience of managing website functionality and development. ● Strong analytical and reporting skills (using advanced analytic platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Meta, Hotjar) with an ability to create insights from the data to influence the digital strategy and plan. ● Hands-on experience is crucial (as opposed to agency use). ● You will come up with ideas to A/B, using unique methods ‘outside the box’. ● A communicator and a team player with exceptional attention to detail, able to work closely with key stakeholders. ● In-platform experience. ● Familiarity with HubSpot would be advantageous but is not essential. ● Telecoms experience would be useful but is not essential.
