2. Photography
- Capture high-quality product and lifestyle imagery aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Work in both natural and studio light environments to deliver diverse styles.
- Build visual narratives through still photography for web, ads, and social media.
- Maintain a structured digital asset library for cross-team accessibility.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to plan shoots and execute campaigns.
3. Static & GIF Image Creation
- Design striking, conversion-focused static graphics and GIFs.
- Ensure creatives are optimized for multiple platforms, including ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Create variations of top-performing creatives for A/B testing.
- Consistently refine designs to match marketing goals and campaign performance data.
4. Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with marketing and media teams to align visuals with brand messaging.
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and design innovations.
- Use analytics to inform creative decisions, ensuring content drives clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation with a portfolio showcasing photo, video, and design work.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Strong design and editing skills with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
