You’ll report directly to the project manager and work closely with administrative managers to ensure that all data entry tasks align with billing, reporting, and internal documentation standards.
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone seeking a flexible yet impactful clerical role. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage large volumes of data in the company’s internal systems.
- Ensure all project data is recorded correctly and updated as needed.
- Support project managers by verifying, correcting, and maintaining records in support of ongoing SBU (Strategic Business Unit) projects.
- Perform data quality checks and correct inconsistencies or errors as needed.
- File and maintain digital and physical documentation according to company protocols.
- Support billing and administrative reporting processes through data accuracy and timely input.
- Collaborate with administrative and project management staff to streamline data collection and usage.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with occasional clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
