Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data sharing agreements with system owners to support data acquisition.
- Draft agreements and gather technical details, including connection methods, data requirements, and sensitive data reviews.
- Work closely with technical engineers, data analysts, and customer stakeholders.
- Promote data governance best practices and educate users on policy benefits.
- Assist in maintaining the data catalog by documenting system details and agreements.
- Conduct sensitive data reviews to ensure compliance.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance program efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in technical writing.
- Knowledge of data management and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail for accurate data analysis.
- Experience briefing senior managers on project status and risks.
- Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience drafting data sharing or customer agreements.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and data management.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Collibra.
- Experience writing technical policy documents.
