Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data sharing agreements with system owners to support data acquisition.
  • Draft agreements and gather technical details, including connection methods, data requirements, and sensitive data reviews.
  • Work closely with technical engineers, data analysts, and customer stakeholders.
  • Promote data governance best practices and educate users on policy benefits.
  • Assist in maintaining the data catalog by documenting system details and agreements.
  • Conduct sensitive data reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance program efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in technical writing.
  • Knowledge of data management and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail for accurate data analysis.
  • Experience briefing senior managers on project status and risks.
  • Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience drafting data sharing or customer agreements.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and data management.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Collibra.
  • Experience writing technical policy documents.
