Customer Service Agent – Remote job

Salary & Terms

  • Competitive Annual Compensation: £28,000 – £32,000, based on your experience and expertise in e-commerce customer service.
  • Fully Remote Role: Enjoy the benefits of working from home.
  • Core Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (6 hours).
  • Flexible Shift Options: Start your shift anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and end between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, ensuring a 6-hour workday within core hours.
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour, flexible, can be taken anytime between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent – Remote job holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various virtual communication channels. Your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and shipping details.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues related to returns, refunds, and order discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to improving customer service processes.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this Customer Service Agent – Remote job, you must have:
