We are seeking a talented and versatile Copywriter to join our team and contribute to the success of our programmes and initiatives. In this role, you will craft persuasive and impactful copy that resonates with our target audiences and supports our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop engaging and informative content for our leadership and management development programmes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Marketing and Sales Collateral: Write compelling copy for various marketing and sales materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts, to promote our programmes and drive engagement.
  • Thought Leadership Content: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and eBooks, showcasing Fuel Learning’s expertise in leadership development and positioning us as an industry leader.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support internal and external stakeholder communication efforts, crafting clear and concise messages that effectively convey key information and updates related to our programmes and initiatives.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content created by other team members, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and house style.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including programme development, marketing, sales, and operations, to understand their content requirements and deliver high-quality copy that meets their needs.
  • Brand Voice and Tone: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written communications, adapting style and language to suit different audiences and channels.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or higher apprenticeship in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a learning and development or corporate training context.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to different writing styles and formats.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
  • Strong research and fact-checking abilities, ensuring the accuracy and credibility of all written content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems.
