About the Role
Minnodi LLC, a women-owned and mission-driven staffing firm, is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Freelance AI Trainer to lead virtual training sessions on weekends. This role is perfect for professionals who are enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and want to share their knowledge with aspiring learners while maintaining flexibility in their work schedule.
As an AI Trainer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering hands-on training focused on real-world AI and machine learning applications. You will work with learners at various skill levels, guiding them through the fundamentals and advanced topics in AI, including Python programming, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
Content writer is a remote, part-time contract position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the AI education space.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Writer Deliver training in Python essentials, with a focus on data manipulation using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas, and data visualization using tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Introduce learners to cloud-based and local development environments such as Google Colab and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Content Writer Teach mathematical foundations necessary for AI, including linear algebra, eigenvectors, integral calculus, and concepts such as backpropagation.
- Instruct learners on key concepts in computer vision including image classification, object detection, facial recognition, and deep learning architectures such as YOLO v9 and ResNet152.
- Guide participants through NLP topics such as text classification, named entity recognition (NER), topic modeling, and advanced models like LSTMs and encoder-decoder frameworks.
- Provide hands-on experience with large language models, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Claude AI, and others, covering both training and deployment.
- Explore advanced AI topics such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and the use of no-code tools to build functional AI agents.
- Teach real-world applications of AI including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and integrating LLMs into Python-based applications.
- Oversee practical, project-based learning in areas like computer vision, NLP, and LLM development, allowing learners to build and deploy their own AI models.
- Content Writer Offer mentorship, feedback, and career guidance to students to help them grow their skills and transition into AI-related roles.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in AI and machine learning, with hands-on exposure to model development, training, and deployment.
- Content Writer Strong proficiency in Python programming and related data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Content Writer Solid understanding of core mathematical concepts used in AI, including linear algebra and calculus.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art models and techniques in both computer vision and NLP.
- Content Writer Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Colab and local development using Jupyter Notebooks.
- Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor others in technical subjects, with clear communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to adapt content and teaching style for different levels of learner experience, from beginners to intermediate-level practitioners.

- Familiarity with no-code AI development platforms and tools.
