About the role:

Our client is a UK manufacturer, distributing medical device solutions globally across a wide spectrum of areas within the medical device space. The company is now enhancing their whole commercial strategy to increase its market share. They are looking to expand their commercial team with a commercial manager role.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to balance a commercial mindset alongside creative strategies to drive solutions to completion. The role of this goal is to assist key stake holders with business decisions relating to tenders and supply chain.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years experience selling within the life sciences or care industry.
  • End to end sales cycle experience, ideally involving hospitals or health care providers.
  • Field based role exploring and generating new business opportunities through a variety of outbound and inbound leads.
  • Experience being involved in the tendering process from start to finish.
  • Experience being involved in supply chain management.
  • Liaising with C-Level and key stakeholders to discuss strategy, goals, and future direction.
  • Chairing meetings to discuss opportunities and streamlining current procedures.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Excel, so must be expert user.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Willingness to travel – Midlands and above.
  • Business level English
