  • Assist assigned clients as a product expert and client advocate.

What you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience
  • Two or more years of comparable experience as a sales engineer, professional services consultant, support engineer, help desk manager, or customer success manager
  • A direct level of comfort with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic clients, preferably at the director level.
  • The capacity to understand the most complex technical aspects of products and to offer business and technical solutions to help consumers optimize their use of solutions
  • Expertise in the Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • The capacity to operate cross-functionally, solve problems, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
