This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of Virtual Solutions’ services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients and facilitate the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Knowledge of the digital services market and industry trends is desirable.
- Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
