Key Responsibilities
- Represent E.L.F. BEAUTY professionally across all client, retail, and consumer touchpoints
- Deliver outstanding results in your core Associate Director, Loyalty & CRM duties with passion and precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
- Maintain deep knowledge of beauty product lines, trends, and competitive landscape
- Achieve and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and quality standards set by E.L.F. BEAUTY
- Provide exceptional service and expertise to clients, customers, or retail partners
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or retail industry
- Strong passion for beauty products, trends, and consumer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant licences or certifications for Associate Director, Loyalty & CRM where required (e.g. cosmetology licence)
- Authorisation to work in the United States
