Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager of Consumer & Marketing Insights – Online at American Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by analyzing consumer behavior and market trends in the online space. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

• * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the online space to identify opportunities and threats.
• * Partner with marketing, digital, and e-commerce teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving online customer engagement and retention.

• * 3+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or data analytics, with a focus on the online space.
• * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• * Proven track record of driving business results through insights-driven decision-making.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or data analytics, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Working Hours:
