About AI Services Executive
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary AI Services Executive to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions across enterprise-grade client portfolios. You will be responsible for designing strategic AI programs, consulting on client transformation journeys, and leading multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI consultants. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical knowledge with commercial acumen and executive presence to influence key stakeholders and drive high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of AI Services Executive
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the AI services roadmap aligned with organizational goals and client objectives. Translate AI potential into business strategy and measurable ROI.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing thought leadership on AI trends, use cases, ethics, and risks. Lead discovery sessions and consult on enterprise transformation via AI.
- Program Oversight: Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning solutions, from proof-of-concept to deployment and scaling. Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and compliance teams to design and deliver tailored AI solutions that align with market needs and regulatory frameworks.
- Innovation Management: Scout and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools, promoting a culture of innovation within the team. Encourage experimentation and continuous learning.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing teams of AI professionals. Promote diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative culture within the AI services department.
- Governance & Risk: Establish ethical AI frameworks, address regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act), and implement governance models to ensure responsible AI usage.
Required Skills and Experience in AI Services Executive
- Proven experience (8–12 years) in AI/ML leadership roles, ideally within a consulting, enterprise tech, or digital transformation environment.
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, AI solution architecture, and applied analytics.
- Demonstrated success in leading AI transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of AI tools, platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI), frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of data privacy, bias mitigation, algorithm transparency, and ethical AI practices.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £113,000 – £170,000/year, depending on experience
