The Affiliate & Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and implementation of affiliate and email marketing campaigns, including: Managing our affiliate and email calendars, working closely with top publisher partners, coordinating assets with partners and internal teams, and working collaboratively with vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, have a test-and-learn mindset, and be excited to learn. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist must be willing to be hands-on on a day-to-day basis planning, evaluating, and optimizing partnerships while ensuring both short- and long-term goals are met.

Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000/annually



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external promotional and planning calendars for email and affiliate
  • Affiliate channel lead for briefs, working closely with the creative team on updated copy and imagery on a routine basis to drive new start goals
  • Email channel lead for briefs, partnering closely with the creative team to request imagery, copy, offers, and vanity URLs as required to meet new start goals
  • Support the delivery of assets, reports, and newsletters to third-party partners for affiliate programs
  • Continually monitor and analyze channel performance, assisting with routine and ad-hoc affiliate and email reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas of efficiency and improvement to drive effective growth across both channels
  • QA large active partner offers, ensuring correct imagery and copy are used. Document screenshots and results on an ongoing basis
  • QA emails including imagery, copy, click-thru URLs, tracking, and local market inclusion for email
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growth environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately, understanding what involves the most urgency
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Impact Radius, or similar network
  • Experience with AirTable and/or Asana
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Tableau

Remote work is an option, the Eastern time zone is preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $81,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
